Hi, I’m Caleb.

I started Lake State Cleaning in 1999 with no college degree, no capital, and no connections — just an old truck and a bucket of window cleaning tools.

Today, LSC is a $1.5M+ home service company that runs day-to-day without me. Getting there took far longer than it should have. For years, I was the bottleneck until working with a business coach changed how I understood business.That experience eventually led me to coaching. I spent years as a top coach with CONQUER, helped build more than 200 business-development tools used by thousands of operators, and later worked with Housecall Pro on coaching, education, and product development.

Along the way, I’ve coached hundreds of home service owners across the full Stack — Customers, Production, Money, Team, and Systems.Today, through The Service Engine, I help owners become Full Stack Operators and build businesses that depend less on them — hopefully with a much shorter learning curve than mine.
